make me LAUGH

did you ever play
make me laugh
when you were little?

my brother and i used to play it...
you know, have the other person sit there all serious and see what you could do to make them crack up...

well these two don't even know that the game has a name, but they sure know how to play it. i was meeting with a woman a few weeks ago, and as i was, the kids were in the stroller, playing make me laugh. jose just kept doing whatever he could go to make gracie giggle, and she was almost crying she was laughing so hard.  she thought he was sooo funny.

then it was grace's turn.  they were having so much fun cracking themselves up i just had to stop my conversation with the woman and take a few pictures.

she seemed really taken by them
and said,
"oh, they are so cute and happy!
are they always like this?"

and with a twinkle in my eye
i said,
"yes, of course they are!"

now that kinda made me laugh

(any of you that have had children,
especially in the age 3 range,
know what i'm talkin about)
:)

I love this post. Because laughter has been a profound part of my personal healing. I love how kids teach us so much about really living. I'm inspired.

And thanks for your love and encouragement on my blog today.

I'm thankful to know you here.

Hope to visit again real soon.

Until then, peace and rest to you and yours. And laughter too, of course.

The innocence (sp?) of a child is so precious and their laughter so genuine. Great series of pics capturing a memorable moment.
