this post is for you. 

who else in the world would i think of when i saw your beloved TJ Maxx, but german style--take out the J and add a K? (the K must be for Krista)

they had to have the name jingle like it should, and TK Maxx rhymes with TJMaxx.  but in german if it were to remain the same, it'd sound like T "yoat" Maxx.  (not quite the punch that you need it to have to for it to remain your favorite store)

you see, my friend, you would love hamburg. we have everything here for you, and more. even starbuck's, so after you shop you can have a quick american something to drink (and stay up all night long).

and am wondering when you're bringing your next giftcard here to go shopping. the only thing they're missing here is la cabby, but no worries, i have the perfect cafe in mind...
