Jessie

A few weeks ago I met Jessie

as she was weeping uncontrollably

in the train station. I believe it was

God-ordained to meet her as I did,

as usually I am in class at that time

-but I felt sick so I was on my way home-

(the photo above is not Jessie,

but it's a pretty good example) 

Pray for Jessie

When I saw Jessie, I saw destruction

I saw pain, major pain

She was crying from the pit of her being

Pray for Jessie

Jessie heard truth

I got to pray with her

I had no idea if she even understood

what I said or prayed,

but after I was done she said in English,

"Thank you."

Jessie needs....

To be restored

To be renewed

To be transformed

And only God can do that

by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus shed His blood on the cross

so that we may be free

and Jessie needs that freedom
