On Tuesday nights I co-lead a Hauskreis (German word for a homegroup) with a friend of mine named Ulrich from Cameroon (Africa). Ulrich is the guy sitting on the ground on the left and he speaks fluent German and has a real heart and passion for the German people. The group is about 1 hour away from where we live and the picture above is from a couple of weeks ago. It is a diverse group of people from different ethnic backgrounds (German, Polish, African, etc.) and ages and I really enjoy being a part of it. We meet at 2 different homes and sometimes rent a place when the group is too large for a home or if we are doing a special event. Each week looks different but the core things we do each week are study the Bible, have musical worship, pray and spend time sharing a meal together.
